CANCELLATIONS
If we have to cancel the conference for any reason, refunds will be provided in full within 30 days of the cancellation notification. Registered participants will be notified immediately upon cancellation through the email address provided at the time of registration. If an email address was not provided, a voice message will be left at the number provided at the time of registration.
We understand that things come up and sometimes your plans need to be changed. No worries, participants who provide notification of cancellation and request a refund at least ten (10) days prior to conference will receive a full refund of registration.
